How can we help?
Answers to common questions from businesses and creators.
Getting started
What is InfluencerBridge?
InfluencerBridge is a marketplace that connects small and growing African businesses with verified creators. Businesses can find creators, book them directly or post a campaign, and pay safely through escrow. Creators get discovered, set their own rates and get paid through the platform.
Which countries do you support?
We currently support businesses and creators in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa, with more African markets coming soon.
Is it free to sign up?
Yes. Creating an account, building a profile and browsing creators are all free. We only charge a service fee when a booking is completed.
Do I need to be a big brand to use InfluencerBridge?
Not at all. InfluencerBridge is built for small and growing businesses. Many of our businesses start with a single post from one micro-creator.
For businesses
How do I find the right creator?
Search and filter creators by niche, platform, location, follower count, engagement rate, language and budget. Each profile shows stats pulled from the creator’s linked accounts, their rate card and reviews from other businesses.
What is the difference between booking directly and posting a campaign?
Booking directly means you pick a creator and choose a package from their rate card. Posting a campaign means you share a brief with your goal, budget, deliverables and deadline, and creators apply with their pitch. You then shortlist and accept the ones you like.
Can I hire more than one creator for a campaign?
Yes. Post a campaign and accept as many creators as your budget allows. Each booking has its own agreement and escrow payment.
Can I talk to a creator before I book?
Yes. You can message creators in the app to agree the details of your brief before and during a booking.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Once you and the creator agree on terms, a simple service agreement is generated automatically, covering the scope, price and deadline.
For creators
Who can join as a creator?
Anyone with a genuine, active social media account on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or Facebook. You don’t need a huge following. Many businesses prefer nano and micro creators with engaged local audiences.
How do I get verified?
Link your social accounts to your profile. We pull your follower count, engagement and audience data directly from the platforms, and accounts that pass our checks get a verified badge.
How do I set my prices?
Build your rate card with packages such as a reel, a set of stories or a bundle. You choose the price, delivery time and terms for each package.
How do I get booked?
Businesses can book you directly from your profile, or you can browse open campaigns and apply with a short pitch.
Payments & escrow
How does escrow work?
When a booking is confirmed, the business pays into escrow. The money is held by InfluencerBridge, not the creator. It is released to the creator when the business approves the content, or automatically after the review window ends.
How can businesses pay?
By card, bank transfer or mobile money, through our payment partners Paystack and Flutterwave.
Which currencies do you support?
Nigerian naira (NGN), Ghanaian cedi (GHS), Kenyan shilling (KES) and South African rand (ZAR).
When do creators get paid?
As soon as the business approves the content, or when the review window ends, the payment moves into the creator’s wallet. Creators can withdraw to a bank account or mobile money wallet at any time.
What are your fees?
Signing up and browsing are free. A service fee is applied to each completed booking and deducted automatically. There are no subscriptions or monthly minimums.
Trust & verification
How do you check that creator stats are real?
Creators link their social accounts, so follower counts, engagement and audience data come straight from the platforms rather than screenshots. We also look for suspicious growth and bot-heavy audiences.
What does the verified badge mean?
It means the creator has linked their social accounts and passed our checks, so the stats on their profile come directly from the platforms.
How do reviews work?
After each completed booking, businesses and creators can rate each other. Ratings feed into a public trust score shown on every profile.
Disputes & refunds
What if the content isn’t what we agreed?
First, request changes from the creator. If you still can’t agree, open a dispute from your dashboard.
What happens when a dispute is opened?
The payment stays frozen in escrow. Both sides can upload evidence, messages and content, and our team reviews the case. You can track the status as opened, under review or resolved.
How are disputes resolved?
Our team can release the full payment to the creator, refund the business in full, or split the payment fairly between both sides.
How do refunds work?
If a dispute is resolved in the business’s favour, the refund is returned through the platform automatically.
Account & security
How do I sign up or log in?
Sign up with your email or phone number, or use Google.
Is my account secure?
Yes. You can turn on two-factor authentication, and sensitive data is encrypted. We follow Nigeria’s data protection regulation (NDPR) and general data protection best practice.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use “Forgot password” on the login page to reset it yourself.
